Klobuchar to Stop Oil Speculators

Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar wants to crack down on speculators in the energy markets. She wants to close the so-called "London Loophole" that allows traders to use foreign exchange markets to manipulate the price of oil in the U.S.
Klobuchar says skyrocketing energy costs are taking a bite out of family budgets and cutting into the bottom line of Minnesota business. Legislation she backs has been dubbed "The Stop Excessive Energy and Speculation Act of 2008."
Senator Klobuchar is scheduled for a 7:40 AM interview Friday morning on KLKS, FM 104.3
