Crosby Ironton to Ask for More Student Aid

Financial troubles have not gone away during the summer for the Crosby-Ironton School District. The School Board, Monday night, voted to increase student aid by $595 per student, and another $100 dollars for maintenance expenses. Last year, voters turned down a similar request, requiring the school district to slash $750-thousand from the budget. The latest request will be placed on the November 4th ballot.
