A Good Attitude in Difficult Times

Rick Cole, a Brainerd area Dale Carnegie Trainer, says attitude can go a long way in over-coming uncertain economic times. He tells KLKS News, the times are only as challenging as we want to make them. Cole is encouraged by the strong showing at retail centers since black Friday.
