When You See Emergency Lights, Pull Over

Sergent Curt Mowers of the Minnesota State Patrol says they are getting weird comments from motorists who don't know what to do when they see emergency lights. He tells KLKS News, it's easy. They must pull over. And, on the two lane highway, pull as far off the road onto the shoulder as possible, and come to a complete stop. Sergent Mowers says some aren't pulling over at all, and others stop in a lane of traffic. He says if you see a cruiser coming up behind with its lights on, it's best to assume they are interested in you.
