Making Work Pay Credit

Workers will see reduced income taxes on their pay checks from the President's stimulus package. St. Paul IRS Spokesperson Cathy Resch tells KLKS News, it is called the "Making Work Pay Credit." Resch says employers will make all the necessary adjustments.
A one time only payment of $250 will be made to those receiving social security benefits, state government retirees not receiving social security, veterans receiving benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs and those receiving social security insurance payments.
