Pelican Lake Peppered with Polar Plungers

Some 275 jumpers hit the icy waters of Pelican Lake for the annual Polar Plunge for the Special Olympics Saturday. Sheriff Todd Dahl says many showed up in costume. There was a guy dressed as Dog the Bounty Hunter, and there was a box of crayons with eight jumpers in the box. Miss Nisswa and Little Miss Nisswa also took the plunge in their evening gowns. $47 thousand dollars was raised for the Special Olympics.
