Another Downward Revision for the Red
(AP) The Red River's second major crest at Fargo-Moorhead has been revised downward, again. The newest prediction is 35-1/2 to 36 feet. That's about a foot to a foot-and-a-half less than the estimate from yesterday. That is also well below the nearly 41-foot crest that was reached last month.
