Minnesota Bank Shut Down by Regulators

(AP) The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation was appointed receiver of a Minnesota bank shut down by regulators--one of four shuttered by the Feds, yesterday. Horizon Bank of Pine City was quickly snapped up by Stearns Bank, NA, of St. Cloud. Horizon's two offices will re-open today as branches of Stearns Bank.
