Chrysler Says Hecker Still Owes Money

(AP) Chrysler Financial Services says the courts should not forgive Twin Cities Auto Dealer Denny Hecker of $83 million in debt. They says he should be required to repay that part of his obligation, alleging he was involved in fraud and embezzlement. Hecker's attorneys deny the charge.

A court ruled earlier Hecker owed Chrysler financial $477 million. However, he filed for personal bankruptcy. It's likely Hecker will be forgiven $364 million. But, Chrysler says the $83 million should be paid, because of of the alleged illegal actions.
