Fireworks in Crow Wing County

It's the fourth of July weekend. That means parades, picnics and fireworks...fireworks both legal and illegal.

Crow Wing County Sheriff Todd Dahl tells KLKS News, they will be busy enforcing the law. He says it can be confusing, but cautions revelers, they will be running on complaints.

Minnesota law allows sparklers and ground effects displays. Anything that launches into the air or explodes is not allowed.
