Environmental Groups Challenge Pipeline

(AP) A lawsuit challenging a U.S. State Department's permit allowing an oil pipeline to be built in three mid-western states--including Minnesota--has been filed by a coalition of environmental groups. The groups argue that processes related to the pipeline being built for Enbridge, Incorporated's Alberta Clipper Pipeline will contribute to pollution and global warming.
