State Patrol Releases "October Wave" Results

According to Curt Mower, Minnesota State Patrol, during "Operation October Wave," officers spent a total of 172 hours participating in the program in Crow Wing County and made a total of 279 stops for various violations. 72 motorists were sited for not wearing a seatbelt; 1 child seat citation was issued; with 4 move-over warnings issued and 1 DWI arrest. Other violations were for speed with a total of 201 warnings in various categories issued.
