Upper and Lower Twin Lakes in Hubbard and Wadena Designated as "Infested"

(AP) State Officials are designating Upper and Lower Twin Lakes in Hubbard and Wadena Counties as "infested waters". That's due to the discovery of the exotic Faucet Snail, which hosts a parasite linked to waterfowl deaths. The designation is prompting stricter rules for anglers on those lakes.
