Charges Not To Be Filed for Anti-Muslim Cartoons
(AP) Charges won't be filed against a man who investigators say admitted posting anti-muslim cartoons in front of a Somali-owned store, a mosque, and other locations. That's according to two County Attorneys in the St. Cloud area. According to the Chief Prosecutors in Benton and Stearns Counties, the cartoons are protected speech.
