More Bank Closures

Regulators have shut down two small banks in Illinois and Minnesota. The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation took over St. Stephen State Bank in St. Stephen, Minnesota and Town Community Bank And Trust in Antioch, Illinois. First State Bank of St. Joseph, Minnesota agreed to assume the assets and deposits of St. Stephen State Bank in Minnesota.
