Bond Set in Death of Pierz man
(AP) Bond has been set at $75 thousand for an auctioneer accused of murdering a Pierz man. The attorney for 27-year-old Nicholas Caspers says his client acted in self-defense.
Caspers is accused of killing 30-year-old Paul Varner, who was working at Wishek Livestock Sales in Wishek, North Dakota at the time of the shooting.
