Asian Carp Tough to Stop

Asian carp may be coming to a lake near you.   Brainerd Shoreline Habitat Specialist Heather Baird, tells KLKS News, she is not optimistic this invasive species can be stopped.

She says once they are in the system they will proliferate. 

A state law takes effect today requiring boaters to drain their boats and live wells after they come out of the water.  The DNR is using this weekend to warm Minnesotans about the dangers of invasive species.
