Verdale Girls Struck Getting Off School Bus

(AP)  90-year-old Ruth Beaver of Verndale is expected to be charged in connection with the  injury of a 5-year-old girl getting off a Wadena-Deer Creek school bus in Verdale. 

Police say Myah Nelson was crossing in front of the bus with her two sisters when she was struck. 

The girl was hospitalized overnight for observation.

Beaver is expected to be charged with gross misdeamnor, violation of school bus stop arm.
