Missing Man Found Dead In The Mississippi

Brainerd Police found the body of 79 year old Richard Paquin, in the Mississippi River. Paquin went missing on February 15. According to police reports his body was transported to the Ramsey County Medical Examiners Office for an autopsy.  Paquin disappeared after he reportedly left the Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center on Wednesday. A family member was waiting to pick him up after an appointment and notified police when he didn't show up.
