Charges Against Two Former Browerville Athletes

(AP)  Two Browerville High School graduates face serious charges from Todd County.

Seth Kellen of Browerville is accused of third-degree criminal sexual conduct.and Connor Burns of Clarissa is accused of a lesser crime while they were active in Browerville sports.  Both are 18-years-old and recent graduates.

Kellen's attorney, Chris Karpan, calls the charges ridiculous.  He said the "inappropriate hazing activities" have gone on at the school for a long time. 

Todd County  prosecutor Chuck Rasmussen says the case is not about hazing.  He also says there's no indication school officials knew about the incidents, two of which allegedly occurred during this year's state basketball tournament.
